The changes that were announced today are as follows:

-- Alexander Elo was promoted to Managing Director, Aceto Health
      Ingredients.
-- Keith Wilkinson has assumed added global business development
responsibilities in the Specialty Chemicals business segment.

managing both our pharmaceutical intermediates business and our

Commenting on the changes, Vincent G. Miata, CEO and President of Aceto said, "Over the past several months we have restructured the way Aceto manages its operations into more of a vertically integrated, global team built around each of our various businesses. We adopted this approach from the successful implementation of our globalized nutraceutical business several years ago. The announcements that we have made today represent some of the key players in this new management structure, individuals with important roles in coordinating and managing the international pieces of our businesses units. Please understand that there will be a lot of hard work necessary to make the new management structure successful and I feel certain that these individuals are up to the task.
